John Deere Protect™ extended service plans are designed to help customers manage operating costs while maintaining the original performance of their new John Deere combine.
The John Deere Protect Maintenance plan includes annual Expert Inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance events.
The John Deere Protect Maintenance Plus Wear plan bundles annual Expert Inspections, scheduled preventative maintenance events, and 24-hour uptime assurance with wear parts replacement coverage to provide the best uptime and operating cost protection available from John Deere.
John Deere Protect extended service plans are available for eligible, new John Deere combines and require the purchase of a PowerGard™ Protection Plan with appropriate terms.
There is no deductible for any services or coverages included in the John Deere Protect plan. The standard PowerGard™ deductible applies to any repairs covered by the PowerGard™ Protection Plan.
Customers must purchase (and dealers must process) John Deere Protect contracts within the first 95 days and 100 hours of their basic warranty coverage.
